My sister and I stopped here on our way to Chicago and it didn’t disappoint!! Great food, excellent service, and right on Simonton Lake!! Highly recommend the fish bites!! They were tasty!

We ordered Flippin Cow for supper last night...it was very easy to order and pay from my phone, all the options were included for each item. After placing our order the app gave us a time until our order was ready. Our food was ready on time and perfectly prepared. Nothing was missing, nothing was wrong and everything tasted great. It was such an easy and delicious dinner option! We'll definitely be back.

We came in and waited to be seated, someone from the bar said someone would be with us but we stood for quite some time while employees casually talked amongst themselves before we were seated. The menu was very limited and we were disappointed to see the bacon on our burgers were bacon bits and not the strips like it used to be. Nothing tasted like it had been seasoned. It felt like there was no pride or passion in the food or service which is disappointing because the community loves this place! Please offer your loyal community better.

First time at The Flippin' Cow on Simonton Lake in Elkhart Indiana. We got a nice seat that had a great view of the lake. We started with the Bacon Cheddar Dip appetizer. They take applewood smoked bacon, creamy cheddar cheese blended to delicious perfection, and served warm with Cow Chips. Very good. I had the The Stella Moo -- an all beef patty topped with smoked brisket, bacon, onion straws, pepper jack cheese and a sweet BBQ sauce on a toasted wheat brioche bun. It was voted Best Burger in Elkhart County! As the side I got the tots which unfortunate use (I think) Velveeta cheese. It was topped with jalapeño slices. Def not a fan of this cheese. My daughter got The Hangover -- an all beef patty topped with applewood smoked bacon, Velveeta Cheese, fries and a fried egg on our toasted signature buttered potato bun. Again very good. It also came with tots and Velveeta Cheese. She got her yearly allowance of Velveeta in one meal :) For dessert we got the Pecan Crust Cheesecake with Carmel sauce. This was the best part of the meal, honestly!! My daughter had the Strawberry Lemonade which was packed with strawberries. Yummy!! Our server Kaitland was very friendly and service was fast. Background music was perfect,  not too loud st all. We all could talk without feeling like we were yelling. I would highly recommend The Flippin'Cow for a nice meal and relaxing meal out. The food was very satisfying.. we left content. We will be back soon.
