There are nightlights installed in these rooms that are so bright, they were difficult to sleep through. You can't turn them off. You can't cover them. They are bright white, one by the door, one directly by the bed, searing through your eyes at 2am to wake you up. I will not book this place again. I will spend extra to not book it.

The issue with this hotel was an unacceptable disrepair of the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was almost falling off the wall and the shower curtain would not stay in place letting water get everywhere (fall hazard). When I went to pull the drain up to allow water drain for the shower the whole assembly came up and it was pretty disgusting of course. Trying to get the drain to work meant having to handle the hair and other stuff on the assembly that came out of the tub. When I let the front desk attendant know there was a lack of concern for the situation and no offers to provide a discount or anything. Unacceptable in my opinion for the situation. The room was clean and acceptable in general and the breakfast was nice. The exterior of the hotel could have been easier to find and the snow could have been removed in the morning after a snowfall.
