This location is amazing. Me and a group of friends went here for 4 nights straight while in town for a work event. We came in after 10 pm each night and we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Even though there was only one server and one cook working the first evening, the manager, Eric, was very kind and treated us warmly. The following evening we were waited on by Athena, who was amazing. Even though she was the only server working and Eric was the cook, and other groups came in to be served, she was very kind and always checked to make sure that we were ok and reassured us of our meal status. Overall, my experience with Eric, Athena and then Chloé was exceptional. This franchise does need to invest in additional staff for the late shifts, (10pm-3am). They are hard working but they need the additional help to alleviate their overall stress when large groups come in.

No one wrap the silverware up individually. So we're served our silverware in one napkin wrapped up. For table of four. We were served cold sausages. And manager refused to touch it to show how cold it was.All three stacks of our pancakes or served upside down without butter. The manager tried his best to fix it. I love IHOP. Their pancakes were amazing

When I walked in it looked like a nice place to eat they took our order and then about 25 minutes later brought the food out and didn't bring it all out but the plate of French toast had hair on it and then my husband's plate had hair on it and then the waitress wouldn't hand me the other plate because she found a hair in it she took it back got my baby another plate of food and another plate of food for myself The service was horrible We had to wait 20 minutes for Creamer that she said she was gonna get and be right back then she went to get my baby a refill of chocolate milk and forgot we had to remind her then when she finally came back and asked us if we were ready for the check we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the check and the place was definitely not busy there was like 4 other tables that were waiting to be served or eating I'll tell you this that was the 1st time in a long time that I haven't tipped when going out to eat ! The only tip I left was this little note on a napkin

Ate breakfast here after doctor's appointment only 2 tables filled waited 5 minutes to be seated table was dirty dried ketchup on the menu and syrup on the divider wall I showed the waitress. My food was cold and ham was dry and tough. Only good thing was coffee. IHOP used to be a good breakfast restaurant but not this one.
