I failed to look at the reviews for this place before coming here and paid the price of experiencing the most excruciating painful customer interactions and experience. All i can say wow! How can someone lack such basic common sense and common courtesy. Looks like i need to get my son lab test done somewhere else. Negative 5 stars for this place

I came in at 8:05 for my 8:20 appt and was seen quickly. The process was quick and the tech was great! 9/24 Came in at 8am for my 8:10 appt and was in and out by 8:10! Quick, easy, friendly. I've had really bad experiences at other places before so I just like letting people know this one seems good in my opinion. Also I only come on Saturdays even though Google says they're closed. But I have appointments so walk ins may be different.

If i could give this place a 0 i would. The staff picks and chooses who they want to do. Forget your appointment if you are doing employment drug testing. And they will ask you before hand what it is that you need done and if you are doing employment drug testing they will have you waiting a hr to hr and half just to call you again. Waste of time coming here. Carenow on preston rd does employment drug testing and quicker service.

arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, checked in, waited and waited for over 30 minutes. multiple people walked in, checked in and were taken back before me. i complained 3 different times to 3 different workers and everyone said the same thing. “they’d get back to me” which they never did or “i’ll get you next”. this is ridiculous. never coming to this location again.
