My friend, who has medical trauma and told the phlebotomist this, had their request for a countdown ignored, was treated callously, and had a dissociative episode there in the clinic, during which the phlebotomist panicked and had to be talked down by my friend's caregiver. Thanks ~ever so much~ for re-traumatizing my friend, Quest. /s
