Terrible service we have been here for 15 minutes in line and they are barley busy we are in the drive threw every time I come there is a truck that is unloading

I know what you mean everytime i have to wait in a line for 15 minutes for poor service

I have been here quite a few times and always got quality service. Staff was very courteous and took order upon arrival. I never use the drive thru. I like to go in and observe the cleanliness of the restaurant and also of the staff. If you have ever went in at most places you will notice the drive thru gets the stuff laying in the rack. Good to observe the little things.

Maybe there is a truck unloading because McDonald's is stocking up on supplies? Maybe they go through their supplies fast? I don't know. That's just a guess. Don't eat there if you are unhappy. Eat fresh. Eat Subway.

All the McDonald's in the Indy area suck. The bad thing is they are always open. Smdh
