Breakfast bar had ants crawling all over serving counter. When we told attendant/ front desk person they didn't seem to care. Also minor cleaning problem with room when we checked in, so was it in fact really cleaned?

Staff was friendly, room was spotless. We had the double queen with extra floor space and we had SO MUCH ROOM. It was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was well-stocked and tasted good. My only complaint was the refrigerator was so loud, we ended up unplugging it because we didn't need it, anyway.

Positive: The room was fantastic - clean & updated. I was in the area for a week while on business. Staff cleaned my room daily. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Negative: My only issue is that the hotel sits right along 74 and the traffic noise kept me from sleeping--every night.

Hotel facilities were nice staff was friendly only issues I had were one elevator did not work they had signs all over to I got into the room television did not work when I left the counter person know they gave me some tips on how to fix it myself nothing they told me fixed it next day I took a shower in the morning there was mold all over the ceiling and on the shower head and the fan was really loud overall the room was not bad. bed was nice but I would expect for 131 dollars I would think a working TV and no mold on ceiling and shower head. Only thing hotel staff was willing to do when I told them about the issues was issue me points for membership account I travel for work and stay in hotels all over the country and this Holiday inn room was lackluster and I am not the one type of person who complains about my hotel stays or do reviews on them. Nor have I had this issue with a hotel that's over $100 this is something I would expect for a hotel that was under 70 or a lesser brand hotel
