Can we get better service please? There's a reason I don't go to McDonald's! Terrible service! 13min in drive through waiting on food is not what I call good service. Went inside and still had a hard time being served. They were not busy.

I was in the drive thru in a hurry the other night in back of the only car in a dual drive thru.2 cars pulled up in the other drive thru after Id been waiting for 3 or 4mins.,both the cars which pulled up after the car I was behind who'd been waiting several minutes were waited on before the 1st car in line&me making me now #4 car in line instead of #2.I said screw this&pulled around to go inside the restaurant for service but the doors were locked,lobby closed at a little after 9pm! I gave up at that point on buying anything from McD's and got Wendy's,went home and ate.I wont be going back to McDonald's anywhere for quite a while.I never eat most of the items on McD's menu anyhow as they are about the most unhealthy foods you can find in restaurants.

Bathroom a mess if they are dirty what is kitchen prep like?

It's hit and miss. I've had both good and bad experiences there.
