I just messaged them a question and their response was "our website is self explanatory." I didn't find their customer service very helpful and there's no phone number to speak to management.
Essex has open captions screens every other Saturday now Including the option of word box anytime. I haven’t gone to drive in through because it’s not accessible for myself either. :-( We need to fight to get them to follow the ada law.
