You can watch just one but your spot may not be too great because it is a double feature.
You can watch one and leave or if the movies are playing on different screens you might be able to just turn around one way or another and watch the 2nd one. Many options if you are willing to do some figuring out. I have watched 100's of movies there since I was a small child and have found many different ways to enjoy them!
