Yes! We went Friday, park lot was full and had to park at 1 Niagara which was tough becuase it's a small packed lot and I drove a Silverado. Masks were hit or miss, granted you were out doors, most people if they were close to people, had masks. Maid of the Mist was fun, Observation Deck was closed. Good social distancing in line (as long as people respected it). On the boat, it was not full and you had space. There are social distancing markers on the rails but nowhere else but people respected being distant from others.

Niagara Falls State Park, It's open. Beautiful.... you have to see it day & night, Last Friday I visited at 2:30pm, 9:30pm, it was lovely colorful, and really cool after 9pm there was no fee in parking;lot-open until mid-night & Saturday morning I enjoyed the rainbow across the falls (8:30-9am) parking $10. Gift shop opens at 10am. Maid of the Mist Got tickets online $22 × person try to do this as soon opens, other wise you can expect 2 to 3hrs in line & Cave of the Winds bought in counter $19 you can choose time, do this after Maid of the Mist & it's every 15'. Be prepared to walk & drink, wear mask for safety but you can take it off for pictures! Absolutely amazing!!!

yes.. the niagara falls state park is open.. and the tickets for maid of the mist and cave of the winds are available at the counter only.. piece of advice: visit cave of the winds first as they tend to sell out fast.
Yes it's open $10 to park unless you don't care to walk a little ways that's free parking. Must wear a mask when you use the bathroom. You must see the Falls at night time they make it change colors.
