Good morning. I went into penndott in Philadelphia pa on 70th st in September 2019 to hand in my drivers license and they told me they no longer take them. Now I have to start my time over is there anything or anyone I can talk to ?

You're going to have to submit it to Harrisburg it does not count until they receive it once they receive it your days will start counting other than that doesn't matter who to contact here they will not accept it
