If u go early enough u might b done as the place is not big or u could go after lunch and still have time to c every thing
There is ample room inside that is climate controlled for eating. There is a main dining room area which is right up the stairs or elevator on the 1st floor of entry. If you proceed into the exhibit halls, you will see a row of tables and chairs and even an outdoor patio area. There is seating outside of the aquarium as well. You can bring your own items and your bags are all subject to search. There are a series of food vendors right outside the parking area that sell hot dogs, braided pretzels, cold drinks, and chips and snacks. These vendors are selling the items at a rate lower than the menu prices of items inside.
