This is a 'beach' in the sense that it is for beach volleyball. There is no water or swimming involved. The courts are located next to the harbor but this is currently not suited for swimming, at least for the foreseeable future.
It's not really a beach so you can't swim there. Its part of the Inner Harbor. Think of it as a huge patch of sand with volleyball nets surrounded by concrete.
No lifeguard. This isnt an actual beach, and there is no swimming. This is only sand courts for beach volleyball.
