This stupid ass store never answers the phone !

Truth... I try to call early morning like 8 or so

This store has the worst customer service , i've seen in a long time. Young lady told me ,. The line was closed. But opened it up for an employee. I was not happy. Had to go get a manager. And yes ,. It takes at least 3 trys after 10:00. It just rings and rings. At the return counter,. I was being ignored. So i asked them. Are y'all working. Then they waited on me. Manager' s are seldom seen. It's ran poorly.

They hate answering the phone and they transfer the call to department and no way 6 stores and all are that busy. Dam shame

I was there 2 days ago. In line at 11:50pm. They close at midnight.. The cashier (with six ppl left in her line) just stopped and said "I get off at 12" and just walked away

The criticisms are all true. Its pretty bad.

Truth be told no one want to hire enough people anymore you can't run people 100 everyday it's almost everywhere. Can't always blame the people. Get a pen and paper and start complaining to "CORPORATE"

i agree they never answer the phone. They cannot be that busy. I called all day from 11 am to 3 pm and never got an answer.

Try about 10 am that's when I get them.

Lulu you probably work there that store is a mess and you wait in the 2 lines they have open for hours
