Customer service sucks ass!!!

The WalMart on Washington Blvd is ratchet as hell!! I love the deals but Lord knows customer service is bad..Dont waste your time calling out there because no one ever answers in their department..no one is ever at the jewelry counter and you have to flag someone down so they can flag someone down so they can help you..They have 26 lines with maybe 4 cashiers..and the 20 items or less line needs to reinforce what the numeric value of the number 20, not 30, 40

Yes...some of the people that work there have very poor work skills can be very rude.

the whole store sucks ads..badly managed has an odor...the employees walk around with their face in a cell phone..I go to the one in Glen Burnie and I only live 5 mins. from the Halethorpe store..they have items in they stock workers are I. the back with the volume bottom all the way up..you know when the milk case is empty tnere is a problem I had to scream at them to get a bottle of milk.I hate using that store

You also forgot that they are always out of a lot of stuff there. I have gone there and only gotten half of the stuff that I went there for because they didn't have it in stock.

I'm going to need all of you who comment with paragraphs to proofread before you hit send. All of these complaints are hard to read. The run on sentences, poor grammar, and misspelled words are atrocious. I don't know what is worst, the service or the customers who shop there. The service can be much better @ this location. Pay has nothing to do with poor service. Lack of will/determination to serve is the problem. Cashiers should b replaced with self-checkout since people hate their jobs so much.

Very simple. They should change the name to simply "Ghetto-Mart".

For the people that are commenting really stubborn things.this is one of the closes Walmart to the city that’s why it’s always packed the lines are long because a lot of employees quick because of the lack of respect they get from customers they don’t have a lot of them because this is a high theft area, the customer service is bad because they have to deal with different type of customer with different types of attitude and are getting treated badley because of thing they honestly have no control over.

Pretty much. My thought is that they really don't pay well and that the management has no control over the employees. So its pretty much a free for all atmosphere.

It's just ridiculous that you have to wait four hours to get a flat fix. What's the use of buying a road hazard warranty if you have to waste all of your time waiting to get it fixed. I've never spent 4 hours in Walmart shopping. Next time I'll just go to a tire shop and be in and out in 15 minutes.
