Slowest most unorganized Walmart I ever been to. Waiting an hour in drive up for my stuff. Nobody answers the phone in the store. Employees sure no urgency and consideration for anyone. Order arrived didn’t matter either. Terrible!!

Follow-up: A manager did call me in response to this review which is appreciated. I think she got my # from a Walmart email survey with a copy/paste of my experience below. She said they have problems getting workers to show up for shifts. Regardless of the reasons, it makes for a bad experience for customers, so why would people return? Original review: Do NOT come here. My god. Hire more workers. Checkout lines were insane on a random Tuesday night. 25 minutes. No exaggeration. Lines were backed up far into the clothing sections.. Almost no checkout lines were open. Guy in line says it's always like this and he usually doesn't come here because of it. Horrible management. They're losing money.

Tangia was awesome. She walked with me during the busiest day of the season (Christmas Eve) to help me find a toy. Then she went and looked for it in the back. Then she came back to find me to tell me they didn’t have anymore. She is the best customer service person ever!

This is one of thee worst Walmarts to even shop at ..... everytime I give them the benefit of doubt .... I should've just remembered my previous experience..... their lines are always through the aisles .... every single line that is open .... and they only have 4 maybe 5 checkouts open ...... not to mention how slow they move . This is ridiculous!! We've been waiting in line for at least 20 mins now

The WalMart on Washington Blvd is ratchet as hell!! I love the deals but Lord knows customer service is bad..Dont waste your time calling out there because no one ever answers in their department..no one is ever at the jewelry counter and you have to flag someone down so they can flag someone down so they can help you..They have 26 lines with maybe 4 cashiers..and the 20 items or less line needs to reinforce what the numeric value of the number 20, not 30, 40

Tis true... Lansdowne ( or is it Arbutus'they' call it?) Wal-Mart customer service sucks ,to be blunt.... I have worked retail most of my adult life, it blows my mind how THIS store is . Makes one wonder is it a managemnt issue.(?) Or just a few bad employees???? Not a complainer by nature HOWEVER,if nothing changes then Damnit NOTHIN CH CHANGES....
