No it's too cold for most reptiles in this part of oregon..... But we do have little garter snakes... And some small lizards.

No rattlesnakes live naturally in this part of Oregon. You will see gardener snakes, and red and black racers. Racers aren't venomous, but they tend to be a bit aggressive.
To my knowledge, the only venomous snakes in Oregon (for humans) is the rattlesnake. I've been here dozens of times and have only seen Northwestern Garter Snakes. They aren't dangerous to humans, and your dog should be fine, too. Some dogs invest them and show signs (vomiting, gagging), and if that's the case, call your vet.
Yes Rattlesnakes. But they are not common in this part of Oregon, you only have to go a few miles east to be graced with there presence. It's always a good idea to get your pup the Rattlesnake shot. VetCo has great prices on shots.
I have seen 1 king snake and multiple red & yellow racer, both are harmless to humans and pets
