This is a great place to come for ice cream. We've come here plenty of times. We've gotten a variety of ice cream products from chocolate dipped cones to blizzards to freezes. Sometimes they don't put enough ice cream in the freezes or shakes so they are a bit runny and thin, but they always taste good. We feel that we can recommend this place.

I’ve found hair in my food once after purchasing it here but I understand these things happen so I didn’t make a big deal about. However on this particular I thought I’d stop by and grab some ice cream and 2 cups of water. After finishing my water I removed the lid in order to give some ice to my dog and found that I had a bug in my drink. The cup also had an odd stain in it and so I had to check the second cup of water and found little things floating in it. Won’t be coming here again and I advised others to just double check your orders.

Considering we couldn't use the bathroom because indoor dining was completely unavailable because of store policy, I'm reluctant to give more than 3 stars. We even told them that we just needed to change our baby and let our girls go to the bathroom and we would just go through the drive-through before hitting the road again. We were met with instructions to go to a local hotel next to them and just use their bathroom instead. Although I appreciate being informed of a place to go, I wish they could have just allowed us a couple of minutes in their bathroom, considering it was helllla windy. Regardless. You can at least get food from the drive-through. Don't act like you'll get to use the bathroom even for your baby here because you'll be wrong.

You couldn't pay for worst customer service. After a monotone employee handed me a milkshake with my order, a improperly attached lid came loose causing about half of it to end up between my seat and mid console. So, after having to shout to get some attention, I get a look and attitude like I deserved it and felt like I was inconveniencing the cashier for asking for napkins. Barely interaction after with the exception of the window slamming shut and an icy interaction. Even in the mention of the lid that was not secured, nothing more than a couple of extra napkins,a car that is going to smell like milk for a while, and being late to work. What a way to start a day...
