We’ve been to several HIE hotels and none of them were in this shape. Our room was old and smelled like smoke. Uncomfortable mattress, smelly AC and you could hear the squeaky pipes from the guest showering around us. Certainly woke us up earlier than we wanted. The attempt for cleanliness was there and we appreciated that. Carlos was very nice. Thank you. We won’t be back here.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the second floor farthest away from the elevator but it was very noisy at night and in the morning. I could hear everything. We paid $167 a night and we stayed two nights. A little pricey if you ask me. It's still the Holiday Inn.

While the staff are friendly and the rooms clean and well maintained, this property is in bad need of an update. There are no USB ports in the rooms, and you must move the TV stand away from the wall to plug in the coffee maker! The REAL problem is the noise from the trucks and the nearby train yard which will keep you awake most of the night. We will NOT stay at this location again.

I just wanted to let you know that Georgie went above and beyond to help my daughter and I out when we checked in. We called hotel after hotel and no other hotel that we called would allow us to check in at 4am, but your hotel did. My daughter had a severe allergic (anaphylactic) reaction my my sibling's dog, which sent her to the Emergency Room in the middle of the night and we could not go back to my sibling's house after the hospital treated my daughter for her allergic reaction. We are from out of town and did not know what we would do until we spoke with Georgie. She and your hotel literally saved us. We are so very grateful for everything your employees did for us. Every person we came across in our stay was extremely helpful and kind. I can't truly express in words how grateful we are for Georgie and the rest of your staff.
