Yes! "At your own risk" - but enjoy!
There's no swimming signs posted, but people (and dogs) dip into the river all the time. I've taken my pup to this park countless times and he always jumps in the river.
I'm sure you can.. Ppl swim in the water and I believe Ive seen horses crossing water too
