It all depends on the shape you are in and how much u want to stop and enjoy the falls. I am 56 and have mild asthma and on a scale of 1-10 athletisim I would only be a 4.5 at most. We stopped alot and did the 7.2 mile loop with lunch at Waters Meet in about 6.5 hours. Probably would have made it in 4.5 with only brief stops and half as many awesome pix. :)

I hiked the 5.5 mikkes on about 2.5 hrs..in heavy Mothers day crowds
It's 7.2 mi. Roughly 4 hrs at a quick speed. Longer if you walk at a moderate/slow speed (and/or stop to take pics).
It took me around 3 hours
It's about four hours. Lot of people come with families so it's fine in almost any age.
Plan for a day if you wanna see everything. A long day if your gonna stop and take in each fall.
Could be around 6 hrs...
My round trip in winter was 5-6 hours. Probably it might be less for you given no snow and ice.
