Im gonna say maybe they have water and electric for the tent site's im not sure if that what modern means but i would think .. And rustic im not sure. I have stayed in there cabins during our winter outings they are nice nothing fancy ..
I camped at here a few years ago, we rented a modern site. We have level ground, parking space, water and electric. I've read though there is a water ban.
NO WATER and NO ELECTRIC. Modern tent sites in this context means they are maintained and level. The rustic site is away from bathhouses and is completely natural. It is for larger groups like Scouts etc
Modern tent site's usually have water and electric on site and a place to park where Rustic site's you actually park in the lot and hike too, I wish I could help you better ,but I was never here, we camp exclusively on the Appalachian trail
