Yes it does. Make sure you set Google Maps to download the directions before setting off. Also it's a good idea to download the map for the entire area in case you need to detour off your route.
Yes just download the map before you leave. I've made the trip many times from South Jersey and never had a problem.
It is good until it's bad cell service is sketchy at best
The visitor center also will have great area maps. Very easy to find right off Rt 872.
Its best to download your map or use paper.. There are areas where no cell service is available.
