It sounds like you want to park a camper there for a long vacation, but I don't believe that's how this place works. I think they are long term occupancy locations only. You buy the lot really I think it's a 99 year lease and place a park model camper on your lot. I hope what I said makes sense good luck.

You can Google Buttonwood Beach in Earlville , Maryland. It's right on the Chesapeake Bay and Elk River. There are mobile homes in there to rent and to buy
