BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do your homework BEFORE BUYING property here there's so many regulations to new "property owners" if you can call it that if I buy property there's restrictions per county regulations but here you have county AND whatever the campground owners decide they want to add to the mix so in reality you don't "own it" you just make this campground money $2000 a year HOA fee plus property tax to state and with new regulations you can only park a RV there even if there's a structure there apparently they did "illegal" things in the past and now if you buy you gotta fix it like the property I was going to buy had a septic holding tank in the ground and now they saying you can't have that so if you buy the property you gotta take it out. Another thing you can't have any windows on any structure thats there so I had to tear down the mobile home that got retrofitted by the previous owners and they have thieves going around the property per other comments crazy crazy.

We have been 'funstead' owners since 2007. We spend most weekends here enjoying life ' off grid' (we have been getting cable 'next year' since day 1). Good fishing at the Tdock and some of the ponds, 2 pools with slides, CampStore …

Open year round. Big pool. Bath houses could be cleaned more! The Boat ramp gets shallow.

It's a great place for the kids and adults to have a good time. We went fishing at night and hung out by the pool during the day.

They do have sites under 10k. We are in the process of getting ours now. We are putting our RV there fir 2 yrs and if we love it there we plan on putting a park model. We drove around looking at the sites that were for sale. We also had the help of my boyfriends neice who has been there for awhile.
You can get a nice property for 20 grand. 2 lots for the year at $2500 per. You own the land with a Maryland state deed. $2500 is for dues.
Yes, inside the camp ground. It's a small area with a pier, playground. A port to hitch a boat and back it into the bay. It's a very cute, friendly camp ground. Our family has been going for years. If you Google search it, there's tons of pictures. They are under new owners, and everything is being updated.
No. You can purchase land & camper! Own your own "Camp site" w/ running water and electricity! There's a Pool, Boat ramp, w/floating dock, Playground w/swingset & all the other fun rides too! Check "Us" out! The fun never ends!! 🔥🎣🏄⚓🍸🍔🌞👙🚙⛵⛺🍻🌞 ... All at reasonable cost to Own... 😎
Depends on your location (glen) and provider...verizon is just "ok"
They Usally wait until the day or two after thanksgiving.but I guess these new owners do it when ever,I haven't heard nothing except someone on here said its already off.so I don't know.
2000 on up some of the properties are pretty overgrown and need a lot of help if you have a handyman you will do well there's also a restriction on how long you can stay there during the year pools real big very beautiful spot good luck
There is a few people that come to your site and pump out holding tank. The cost is about 12 dollars or if the holding tank detaches you could take to bathhouse area where there is a dumping area.
Yea
Yes it is. No water to the lots in the winter months but bath houses are always water and heat.
M-Sat 9-430 I believe and an hr closed at lunch.
