Customer service is horrible! No one is barely in the office anymore and you can call and call and no one answers or returns your call. This place has went down hill. They also have roaches in their units. YES! Roaches! I stored my items in the unit for 18 months and finally started to move my items out into my new home and found a roach in one of my boxes. Avoid this place at ALL costs!
