bad service all co workers no body care if you there extremely more slower service my first and last time do business with this office again that's shame

I came in to drop a specimen off and had to wait 15 minutes to drop it off. There should be a drop off station for this kind of thing. I already got my blood drawn two days ago, I should not have to sit and wait as if I have an appointment. I have other things I have to do. Sitting in a quest to drop a test off is just ridiculous. A better system needs to be made

I had a terrible experience at this location, the phlebotomist nicked a nerve and punctured all the way through my vein causing bruising all around the area she inserted the needle and down my forearm. She was not careful nor did she take her time to make sure she was not causing me pain. When she inserted the needle into my arm I felt something like an electric shock in the palm of my hand, and even when I extend my arm I feel a shock down my arm and in my palm.

I had a very bad experience here with my blood draw. The phlebotomist struck a nerve and my entire arm is in serious pain. I said things like ouch and it hurts during the draw, but the employee continued without change. I sat in my car for 15 minutes before I drove home. I did reach out to customer support to let them know.
