Every property is out in the open. No trees therefore no shade. If you owned property it's not a bad place because you have access to everything. The beach is okay but it is shared buy a mooring area for boats. They do have quite a few rules that may not agree with everyone including that any deck change to your property needs to be done by the property management. Outside contractors are discouraged. People seem to be very friendly and everyone has a golf cart.

It's not a campground it's an RV park that you have to buy your lot and put a trailer on her you can't put a 10 up it's upper echelon Style
It sounds like you want to park a camper there for a long vacation, but I don't believe that's how this place works. I think they are long term occupancy locations only. You buy the lot really I think it's a 99 year lease and place a park model camper on your lot. I hope what I said makes sense good luck.
