From my expweience their customer service leaves much to be desired. When we went the air conditioner broke and they didnt bother to even mention it to the customers or appologise. When i wrote them a less than favorable review the response was "we had a repair guy their within 2 hours". They also said if I wanted to escalate I could call the owner the next day. I'm not surprised by your experience and would be shocked if their "manager" even cared.
I've noticed over the last couple yrs the place is going down hill so to say. We always sit outside at the bar even slow service there also
They tend to be a bit slow. The food is ok, avoid the fried stuff.
I am not aware that complimentary bread comes with the salad. And yes. Service has been slow on recent visits. Less than desirable.
I've never received bread. And yes, the service is usually bad and the food inconsistent. Next time drive over the bridge to the Chesapeake Inn.
