They are very good as far as keeping their customers satisfied. Let them know what was wrong with your food and they're correct the problem for you most of the time no charge.
They are both right, there must have been a mixup. If you call or visit, they will make it right.
If you call them to let them know they'll correct it, and may possibly deliver it. That is depending on where you live but they are good with correcting mistakes.
