2 out of 5 stars?! That’s definitely more stars than I would ever rate the customer service I’ve ever been given.
We have so many calls today we have several lines and they're always busy we are sorry for any inconvenience to any customer that is trying to get in please call back we appreciate your patience
They are constantly answering the phones they work really hard and trying to get every customer taking care of the phones are constantly ringing so if you can't get ahold of them try again
They rarely seem to answer their phones. If you have an issue, it really difficult to get it fixed. They're normally good about not skipping people, the have reasonable prices, but if something goes wrong and you call... good luck
I rarely get through to an actual person. They are a terrible company. They don't care about their customers at all. 400 reviews and a 1.9 rating.
