For the most part they just take the bags out of mine and leave the can where it was, the only issue i have with em is they switch drivers often and being that i don't have one of their cans they tend to miss mine
I have had my trash missed because i am not using one of theirs. I have witnessed my can thrown in the street and lid driven over. When i called to complain i was told to use on of theirs and that wouldn't happen. This was just in the past two or three years. Service used to be great now it is always the customer's fault. Rarely have i been issued an apology or offer to fix an issue. Glad I dropped them.
They will take months to replace it if it is their bin. This company is absolutely horrible. We have had nothing but issues with them. They don’t care about their customers or righting the situation ever. They just lie or say whatever they can to get off the phone. That is if they answer the phone in the first place.
No. They broke mine yesterday and refused to replace it.
They took my can because a previous tenant cancelled, but didn't figure out I was signed up and current. Now I can't reach them, they don't return calls or emails. Trashy service.
I've used the same cans for 8 years with no issues. The cans they provide are huge & would take up too much space in my garage.
They repair and replace AAA containers but not personal containers.
