I have been noticing lots of carelessness at that Wendy's location, unfortunately the manager is part of what is causing the lack of customer service and attention to detail. The crew will follow how management behaves. Your best best is district manager contact.
I would call the store or just go in and talk to them they'll probably give you a refund or a gift card.
