Left here crying and mad. We went in with a picture for reference wanted a broken heart we had seen online. The man said "what the devil is it" and when we explained it was a heart like it was cracked down the middle he said he couldn't do it because that don't make them custom like that. Tried to show us a book and we said we weren't interested and we were leaving he then laughed and said "it would end up looking like a sheet cake." Why was that necessary?? It wasn't and the fact he laughed shows he doesn't care about grieving customers. Had a similar experience 6 months ago said they couldn't do something so we were asking questions about the arrangements and he said "i don't know costumers usually tell me what they want". Same man. Two experiences similar outcome. How rude to laugh about it when we were walking out the door. Sad you can't find decent florists who are sympathetic . Left crying and completely at a loss for words with how unapologetically insensitive this man was.

Back in November, etcetera went above and beyond. We had forgotten to order my grandmother's casket spray. AT closing, I called Etcetera to see if they could possibly have something sent over at least for the funeral the following day. When they arrived half an hour later, and just as the vision was starting, my dad and I were just floored. They did an amazing job and came through for my family when we really needed it. The spray was even better than the one we planned on ordering and fit my grandmother and mother very well.

Ransome find, blind purchase, expectations exceeded! I live in Minnesota and wanted to find a local florist to send flowers to my brother and his fiance` to celebrate their wedding day, so off to Google I went... I found and called Etcetera Flowers & Gifts, and spoke with Mike... My requirements: purple and white fresh flower bouquet, and a dollar amount. And this is what was delivered! Absolutely beautiful and far better than if I would have picked something out online. And for the amount we discussed, I am more than pleased! My new sister-in-law was thrilled over their beauty! Thank you Mike for your patience and assistance! You and Etcetera helped make May 4th a day to remember!
