Yes, they have tiny cabins on site, great place to stay. I would note that the owner of this has pushed to build a 900 acre golf course on the land so if that upsets you I would make those feelings known and spread the word to keep the gorge wilderness intact.
There are a lot of cabins in the area as well as Hemlock Lodge in the State Park. Camping is free in the National Forest, and there are several paid campgrounds in the area as well.
