Why is it, that 4 waitresses standing around talking, not doing their job? I was just in their 4 customers. I waited 15min no service. I walked out. What kind of mickey mouse operation is this? Show up don't work get payed????

The place was slammed last night it was quite a wait as there was no cashier to take people's money..people were waiting a long time to pay there bill...iv never seen a J that busy ..it was a hour from the time we arrived till we got our food. But the waitress was great and the food was hot when we got it...so it was all good

We didn't have problem with service. The food was okay, but seemed awfully expensive for a Denny's. On top of that it's. A. It if a drive there and back. From Erlanger for what they offer. We'll just go to the I-hop in Florence.
