Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Besides the fact that everyone in there looked fresh off of a chain gang, the fries were basically still just a raw potato. I love salt, I’ll start by saying that, but on top of the fries being completely undercooked..there was enough salt on there to kill someone. The double cheeseburgers I got were soggy on the bottom. The apple pies had been sitting out easy for 5 hours and there was like nothing left of the middle to even eat. It was horrible.

We were eating in and told them but they still put food in bag. Got to tabke and staring getting stuff out and the 20 piece nugget was not in bag. So went up and they were still sitting there. Then went back and 1 of the burgers was not there so went up and it was made and sitting there. Went back and the double we ordered was a single. I went up again. No apology for all the mess up. Our order was 30.00. It was not a good experience and food was not good.

Had a issue of missing items on my order for the 3rd time now I would highly suggest going to a different location that actually knows what they are doing. I'm from now on going to burger King or wendys. McDonald's in Richwood is definitely not worth it. I'm tired of being cheated. Wish it had an option of 0 stars or a negative number to rate them for real.

Stopped here on our way home and they were busy as could be. I did an online order and it was very quick and accurate. They were working their butts off and getting everyone in there taken care of. Good place to stop!
