Came here to pickup an item, item is not here and couldn't be found. Staff isn't helpful at all, they say they can't help and talk to the support. When calling customer service #, no one is picking up phone. Wasted 2 hrs. Just a terrible business practice.

I get that you take a risk when buying open box items, but outright lying about which style that is much less expensive is heartbreaking that people would purposely try and mislead like that. It was obvious what they did.
