Yes, you can tent camp. There are showers available. Not sur of the cost per night. Going on average of tent camping in the Southern Illinois area, ill gurss between 10.00 and 15.00. 15.00 being on tbe absolute high end.

Unless they have reconnected them, the only showers I knew of had their shower heads removed. So as far as LAST year, they didn't have any. But I couldn't tell you about this year. Cost to stay is very minimal.
