They have deals for an extended stay, I have stayed for weeks at a time and I believe that the two week rate was around $500.00. As far as it being dirty that is news to me as they maintained the facility very well. I especially liked that they allow pets. There is another in Bridgeton which is nice as well.
Not worth more than $50 a night. Very dirty hotel.
