I’m not sure what the breakdown is at this store but I’m concerned. Twice in one week, I’ve placed an order from the app and the order was accepted. The first time, I was told that their nitro machine was broken. I only drink one thing at Starbucks so I got a refund. Instead of a refund I was charged for an iced coffee (I don’t enjoy the way ice dilutes the drink). I went back again a few days later and had no problem getting refunded for both drinks. The young lady even pointed at a UPS box explaining that the broken part for the nitro machine was just delivered so the machine should be up soon. That was 3 days ago. I placed an order again today, the app accepted it and charged me. Upon arrival I was told that they were “out of vanilla and nitro”. I had to wait a few minutes for the refund yet again. I’d like for the area manager or whoever is responsible for the store to simply check in and inquire about what kind of support that these valuable employees need. Where is the LEADERSHIP? Because a leader is also someone willing to be one of the worker bees and do the thing that needs to be done: put on an apron and demonstrate that you are willing to show up and integrate what you train others to do.

This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Even though they work for such a big company, the staff here makes me feel like I’m just walking into my local coffee shop. The manager Mya is always so upbeat and positive she brightens my day every time I run into her. I’ve had a really long week and really needed a coffee today. I dragged myself up to this location and Mya and her staff Michael and Kia simply just brightened my day and I think they deserve to be recognized for it.
