Maybe it broke off so you can carry a piece. Make it into something to carry on you and you may always be connected when away from it. Or something like that. It must have broke for a purpose.
To my knowledge she doesn't repair crystals. You might do better with Pathways Home
I guess you could fix it so it looks good, but as far as for doing any energy work, I don't know if that is possible.
