Why does your store receipt show store #28783 when the corporate office has no record of that store #?

If it is in Springfield try contacting, McGraw Industries, or Hotel Ventures on South 6th Street. They own most of them around here.

I would copy the receipt and submit that to corporate. If however it is a privately owned franchise store, you may not be able to contact corporate regarding the issue. It may be the owner you need to contact directly. I have had that issue with a local McDonald's in the past.
