They were probably really busy. They have such great deals and the food is excellent. The comment "maybe food prep is non-standard or pass" is quite speculative. I dont know what not answering the phone has to do with food prep. My experience at mr. Gyro has been great. Food and staff awesome!

They are probably busy, they been there for year, I'm not certain about there hours of operation, but I would guess 10am to about 9 or 10pm .
