Pretty basic location that offers a little of everything. It has a mini Starbucks and Ulta inside. This location offers covered and open air parking. Todays visit was chaotic and concerning. There was so much merchandise all over the place and so many missing items. More and more find myself not enjoying my in store experience. LADIES!!! please, please be careful in the restroom. Something is going on with that toilet paper. Take your own or pack some wipes. Pictures are of what I saw in the 3rd stall today.

I paid a visit to this target on 5/12, late afternoon/early evening. I needed some groceries, and wanted to browse the clothing section for some new summer wardrobe editions. the shopping itself went swimmingly…I found everything I needed and more! it was my checkout experience that really put a damper on things. I kindly greeted my cashier, asking how she was doing and so on. I politely asked if she could let me know my total before adding the last t-shirt I had in my cart. she told me my total was $80 something, I can’t remember the exact amount, but nonetheless, that last t-shirt would have sent me over my personal $100 budget, so again, I politely asked if she could please put the t-shirt back for me. apparently that request upset her for whatever reason, because she snatched the t-shirt from my hands and rolled her eyes. I was VERY taken aback, as I’d been nothing but friendly. and to make matters worse, as I finished paying and turned to grab my bags, I stood there completely stunned. I had to have had AT LEAST 20 items, and she had bagged EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. SEPARATELY. I immediately request a big bag, and once again, this request upset her, and she proceeded to roll her eyes, snatch the bag, and wave it out to me in a condescending manner. VERY taken aback, I take the bag from her, and proceed to re-bag my own items. As I’m re-bagging, she simply stares at me with her arms crossed. No apology, no offer to help, no anything. Just rudely staring. I felt massively uncomfortable and hurried out of the store. I made sure to take a good look at her nametag…Her name was Griselda. Now, I’m not sure if previous customers had been mean to her, or if she was having a bad day, but nonetheless, her own frustrations should never be taken out on a customer, and her behavior during my checkout was completely unacceptable. I did not feel welcomed or appreciated, and what was a successful shopping trip was unfortunately soured. Honestly, the only reason I’m even rating 2 stars instead of 1 is because I did take the time to complete the customer service survey at the bottom of my receipt, and a team lead has promptly reached out to me to attempt and rectify the experience.

This picture does not even do justice to all the stuff they had occupying the dressing room area in the women’s department. It took us a while to just find someone to open the dressing rooms and when they did, they only opened one! Needless to say there was a line just to try on your clothes. What is going on with this Target? So many workers around yet it seemed no one was really working. Disappointed!

Management is very weak in this store. You can tell by how their employees carry themselves. They always make customers feel uncomfortable. They are rude and always jumpy, full of stress and anxiety. Why does this store not let people shop in peace? And please stop following customers around. Many people like to take their time and look at products. Some people actually like to go shopping as a way to release stress and distract their minds. I spend a lot of money here, I'm very close to closing up my red card account. Get it together.
