Parking can get a little rough during peak hours, especially on Friday/Saturday. It's usually very reasonable unless the weather isn't cooperating or there's a big event (like the Highwood art fair) competing for space. I've can't remember having to walk more than a block or so to any restaurant on this strip.
You can easily park in the municipal lot, behind the restaurant. If that doesn't suit you, there is generally decent parking on the street and a valet stand, as well.
Street parking and some public lots behind the storefronts. Usually not bad at all.
