Their reservation policy is screwed up. Even if you get there early, you might end up waiting for hours of not every single person in your party is present. While I like their pizza, the reservation policy is the main reason i don't go there more often. Once I ended up waiting for over 2 hours with my 2 year old daughter, although I have been there way in advance of the main rush because they refused to seat me.
We've never gotten reservations, but usually gotten in in less than an hour
I've never been able to make reservations. I believe the take them for larger groups.
I have never had a problem. We have family in the area and have never had to wait. But we go on Sunday afternoon.

No they don't, but you can pre-order your pizza when you leave your name with the host to cut down the time.
