I went for the first time (I got my other piercings somewhere else) and Kris was AMAZING! He not only was extremely knowledgeable, but made me feel SO comfortable! He was funny, supportive, and 110% an expert! If you want ANY piercing please go see Kris he was phenomenal!

Very nice easy to deal with. This was my first tattoo and it was a very pleasant experience. Vito was my artist walked me through the process and was patient with my changes to the art. Very satisfied!

I absolutely loved everything. All my questions and concerns where answered. I waited about an hour, it wasn’t so bad in fact it went by very fast. I had A wonderful experience and would gladly come again. Very clean and comfortable. Big thank you to piercing artist Kris. He explained and walked through everything. Love the vibe he Carried. My daughter and I went to get our noses pierced together and we loved this place. I called ahead with a few questions and the staff on the phone were very friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like any of my questions were dumb or I was bothering them. Then when we got to the shop they were pretty busy, but the staff at the desk was very friendly and honest about the wait time. They checked us in and asked me if I had any questions before telling me we could wait over on the couch. While waiting I even was able to talk to an artist there about some tattoos I want done in the future and she was so nice and I didn’t feel like she was rushing talking to me even though I wasn’t getting any work that day. When it was my daughter’s and my turn Kris’ apprentice came and brought us back. They were both very nice and reassuring, asking us if we had any questions and telling us the piercing wouldn’t be that painful and it’s more psychological anticipation really. (Which was totally true on a side note.) Everything was really clean and we watched them open all new tools for both of us. The actual piercing part was over so quickly I barely felt it. Afterwords, Kris made sure we had his contact information in case we had any more questions or issues after we left and he went over the after care instructions with us. He even walked us to the desk and made sure we had a can of the saline spray to clean our piercings with. I have been to other tattoo/piercing shops in the area and I would 100% recommend this place to everyone I know. Everyone is friendly and the energy in the shop feels very welcoming and chill. It was a great experience I got to have with my daughter thanks to the staff here. I will be a returning customer for sure!
