I'd like to be directed to whom I should be in contact with to get maintenance done on my home. The wood on the roof is rotting and my shingles are falling off. All the emails I have sent to the association have been ignored. Please help.

Better because of the volunteering efforts conducted by Artist Alexey Steele, who shared his magnificent artistic abilities in order to promote appreciation of hard work amongst the employees, incomparable art educational opportunities for the community's youth, and better communication with City of Carson City Council and other important people who can help to improve conditions for the residents. God bless him for his years of attention and selfless acts for the benefit of Scottsdale's residents.

They are the First Toenhouses made in Carson. Improving with in time. And yes the ghettos part of Carson

I was wondering if I were to buy a property in Scottsdale townhomes what does the homeowner need to be in the homeowners association cuz I'm a first-time buyer

You simply need to close escrow and you automatically become a Member of the Association. The same is true in most communities governed by a homeowners or condo owners' association.
